THE BIG SIX

When I say it is all about tourism, you may wonder but just open your eye and read now. One day a group of people want to have a tour among them selves. They choose to come to Jordan-NU as their host. The tourism is about drumming and dancing. That is the main reason. So this is to all you those who does not like drumming or dancing should from today put it upon them self’s to start to love it as one of their habits.

Christopher was also among this group of people before they came. At their stayed at Jordan-Nu after two days, Chris to met once Noah and chattered with him fir a while. There after in the evening, He saw Emmanuel too and had some conversations if him for a while. It is then that Chris, Noah and Emmanuel became friend and was about to form the Big Six now.

Emmanuel (Gameli) he is older than the first Emmanuel, also now join the club after a while, he was the driver for the group any. This time, the overall boss him self join now. His name is George the adviser of the people. So, the number increases to five people now and who will be the sixth person?

On the agenda, it is time for them to have a trip to Cap Cost to see things for them selves. It is now time for them to visit the kakum-park . On the road to Kakum, he asked them to drop him by the road, where the road to Cape Coast is, and he walked about 1/2 hour to the town. He had his lunch at the cafe by Cape Coast castle. And then went to the post office to get post cards and mail them to some friends of his. There was an old government building that was now tourist shop, and he also bought some gifts (shakers and some other small things). He then walked into a government office looking for a Ghana flag, and someone there luckily gave him a small paper one which he said he still have. There is part of the Cape Coast castle up on a hill that people now live in, so he walked up there. There was a woman on the top where the cannons are putting her washing on the line to dry. Then he went in to the Internet Cafe where he is going to meet the sixth person to form the Big-Six. He then met him too when he was trying to help him download a Putty program so he could log into his server there and check his email. It was a small program, but the download timed out, so they gave up. The name of the man is Salihou. Chris stopped at a hair salon that also sold Fanta, so he had one of those. Other than that he just walked around enjoying the sights and sounds, till they all met again and they came back to Jordan-Nu, where they host at. It was after that that Chris was telling the rest five people in the group that, he now got the sixth person so it is time to think now though none of them know Salihou before. According to Salihou, he is also a coputer cracker so I think, we can say here that, it is a very luky day for the two to meet each other.

But all the same, he got the number he needed for the big six now so it is time to settle down and think. For a while Emmanuel, Noah, George, and Emmanuel (Gameli) never knew Salihou but just heard of his name after returning from Cap Cost. So the club was just lying there unformed. Though it is been formed, it is not yet strong since the members are not yet used to each other. And because of the insufficient time, the man Chris was not able to have time to talk to the members of his club before time was up for them to get back to America where they came from. It is a bad situation form Chris to live his guy’s and go back. So when he was about to go, he promise them coming back in two years time. They left and every thing was over then!

THE BIG SIX RE-FORM 2004

In the year 2004, the promise Chris made to come in two years time now reaches and so he is to come so every one in the group was expecting him so they always check on their mails.

At first, he was supposed to be in Ghana, September, 2004. But when he sent his passport to the Ghanaian Embassy in Washington D.C., the courier company (UPS) lost his package and he had to get a new passport and get his ticket refunded and try again. That is why he came in December. After he sent the tickets back, he went to the passport office down town Seattle, and the man told him if he could show him his ticket, then he could have given him a passport just in time, but he had already sent his tickets back. (That was quite frustrating, but that was leasing for him to learn from)

On the 1st day of December, 2004, they receive mails each from him that he is coming down on the 8th, of that month. Happy day for all of them though he did not yet come. The days was passing by and by, by then Emmanuel was in school so he was not much happy because he will not have enough time to spend with Chris and more over, it was getting to their examination time so he was busy. He may also not have chance to meet him at the airport too.

Chris started his journey to Jordan-Nu from America on the 8th December, 2004 and will alight very late.

CHRIS ON WAY TO GHANA. The time now catch for him to come down. By then, Emmanuel was in school and dosen't know of any thing that was going on, but was only expecting his friend to come down so they can see each other. He finally arrived and George, Noah, Emmanuel (the driver), and Salihou with his wife and son Shabazz were all waiting at the airport looking on the way to see Chris. When he too got out of the plane, he did not waist time at all, he was even the first person to get down from the plane. Every thing was checked and he is save to go away. When the time came for them to stay up to the next day, 9th of December, Salihou sent his wife and son back that night, to Cape Coast which is very bad to do so Chris regretted not asking them to stay the night in the hotel to avoid traveling in the night, but as you can imagine after that long trip, he was not thinking straight. He also regrets any way of the timing that Emmanuel was in school and can not have much of the time with him. Emmanuel also said, that is no problem. In that night, Chris does not yet took his diner so he asked the rest five people to accompany him to a restorant for that.

It was a very great time for some of them I hope. They all ate and after that left to their hotel to sleep. And because Chris had a long jurney, he has to sleep early so he can rest at least before the next day where they will head to Jordan-Nu.

The next day that was 8th December,2004, they went again to a restorant to have their breakfast before starting the jurney to Jordan-Nu. In fact, I don't know how that was took and the only thing is they had a nice breakfast then.

That same day was an election day for all the Ghanaians to vote for whom they want to be their President and also the MP.

My valued readers, those who knows Accra to Kpando road can know much of how much hours it took for drivers to go to Kpando from Accra. Normally, all good cars that can run faster it takes them for 2.30hours and it is only luky drivers too who can rich within that short hours.But do you know, because of the voting, Emmanuel (Gameli) took only 1.35hour drove there which was very supprising. He don't care for the trafics and I don't know how he managed to escaped that way.

You know what, Emmanuel was in the house always looking on the way to see his friend coming. Surprisingly, in unknown time, he saw the car coming and was stretching his eye to see who are in the people in the car and before he knows, Christopher Alen Nielsen was in the pick-up car coming. He therefore follows up to the direction of the car but since they by-pass the guest house where Chris will be hosting, it means that they are first going to the High Priest so Emmanuel don’t want to go so he decided to wait for them at the guest house. You can see in the picture for your self here: where they were standing with the High Priest seating down.

After some time like 30 minutes time, they now came back from the High Priest house and Emmanuel was still standing there waiting for them. Here Chris saw Emmanuel and coming out of the car was like a vanish by spirit, he quickly came out and first came to Emmanuel to say hi to him and ask of his eye that had been giving him problem some times but by then noting like that was not happening to him so he said that is heal. In other words, Emmanuel a bit sick of malaria so he was not all that happy despite his friend that he have not seen for two years solid came and when Chris asked him of whether there is trouble, he said, just don’t want Chris to worry .
