We arrived in Amsterdam 6:15am local time after the 7 hour flight. Schipol Airport is a very nice place to spend some time. Many shops and comfort facilities to make the time easier. Most of us opted for the short train ride to the main railway station and the city. I got separated, and ended up going alone, which was fine with me. Nice just to wander alone sometimes.
I had time for a nice lunch, so I headed for a table across from a very large church that was chiming away, as service had just started. Ducked into a cafe for just a few minutes, then back to figure out how to get back to the airport. I made it and went to the gate for the 2:35pm departure.
They gave out customs forms out on the plane where we were to list commercial goods and so on. The movie was "The Rookie".
We arrived in Seattle around 3:45pm local time, and pretty much scattered once we got our bags. The journey is over. I'm missing Ghana already.
