To Kpando via trotro with Noah and Salihou to change money and to see Noah's school accountant. A guy sleeping on a pile of lumber and a broken down taxi in the courtyard. We got some speaker wire and screws and mailed a couple Christmas cards while in the town.

While bathing, the lights went out again. Seems about the same time every night for about 10 minutes. The light bulb over the bathing stalls went out and the sky lit up with stars. Then I see one of the Kekeli lights appear over the wall.
